Converra Advisory is hiring a BIM Manager for a large construction project in Hyderabad, Telangana (site location: Kandukur). You will lead the BIM team and own model quality, coordination and delivery across Architecture, Structure and MEP.
What you will do
- Lead and mentor the BIM team across Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines
- Implement and maintain the BIM Execution Plan, standards and LOD requirements
- Run multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection in Navisworks Manage
- Manage the common data setting on BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Review model quality, drawings, schedules, BOQs and quantities before release
- Track progress,
manage design revisions and report to project leadership
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of BIM experience with prior experience leading a BIM team
- Strong command of Revit, Navisworks Manage and BIM 360 / ACC
- Experience in BIM coordination on large construction projects
