About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced BIM Architect with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and mandatory experience working on US-based projects. The ideal candidate should have solid architectural modeling skills, knowledge of US architectural standards, and the ability to deliver accurate BIM models and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.
- Work on US-based architectural projects while following applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Perform model reviews, identify design inconsistencies, and resolve coordination issues.
- Maintain BIM model accuracy and comply with project-specific BIM standards and workflows.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators,



and project teams.
- Support the preparation of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed documentation as required.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of professional BIM experience in architectural projects.
- Mandatory experience working on US-based projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and architectural BIM modeling.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Understanding of US architectural standards, codes, and construction practices.
- Experience coordinating architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows, LOD requirements, and model quality checks.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with international teams.
