– Billing Executive Location: Rohta Road, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Department: Billing & Accounts Job Summary We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and efficient Billing Executive to manage daily billing operations, customer invoices, order processing, and sales records. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, computer proficiency, and the ability to handle wholesale billing accurately.

Key Responsibilities - Generate customer bills, invoices, and quotations accurately.

- Handle daily wholesale billing and sales entries.
- Maintain customer records, product details, and transaction history.
- Calculate GST, discounts, and applicable charges correctly.
- Manage SKU-wise product entries and inventory updates.
- Verify product quantities, prices, and order details before billing.
- Coordinate with the packing and dispatch teams for order processing.
- Maintain daily sales reports, cash records, and payment entries.
- Handle customer payments through cash, UPI, bank transfers, and other payment methods.
- Assist in stock verification and inventory reconciliation.




- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, credit notes, and other billing records.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all billing and financial transactions.

Required Skills &

Qualifications - Minimum qualification: Graduate candidates preferred.

- Previous experience in billing, retail, or wholesale operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of GST billing and basic accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software such as Tally, Vyapar, or similar applications.
- Good typing speed and numerical accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced wholesale setting.

Working Conditions - Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM - Work Location: Rohta Road, Meerut - Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
