Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant cum Billing Executive to join our growing diagnostic and medical trading team in Patna. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day billing, documentation, and office coordination to ensure smooth business operations.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, negotiable based on the candidate’s skills, efficiency, and experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate invoices in accordance with agreed pricing, laboratory contracts, reagent rental agreements, and volume-based discounts.
- Ensure correct GST application, e-invoicing, and e-way bill generation.
- Monitor outstanding payments, identify overdue accounts, and follow up with customers for timely collections.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to verify dispatches against billed items.
- Monitor near-expiry stock and coordinate promotional billing or stock replacements where applicable.
- Analyze sales trends and contact inactive customers who have not placed orders in the last 3–4 months.
- Report stock shortages or discrepancies to management and coordinate replenishment orders.

Qualifications & Eligibility:
- Education: Graduate in Commerce,



Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in billing, administration, or sales coordination (experience in diagnostic or medical supply industry preferred).
- Computer Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Familiarity with billing software preferred.
- Able to draft and send emails with quotations and attachments.
- Languages: Valuable communication in both English and Hindi.
- Other Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

1.Knowledge of diagnostic reagents, instruments, or consumables.

2.Understanding of tender documentation and hospital/lab quotation formats.
