About the Role

ANI Integrated Services Ltd. is looking for an experienced Billing Engineer – Civil for its project in Ankleshwar, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in civil billing, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, contractor billing, and quantity reconciliation, preferably within pharmaceutical or pharma manufacturing projects.

The candidate will be responsible for managing civil billing activities, verifying contractor bills, monitoring quantities, and ensuring accurate billing documentation in coordination with the project and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and verify Running Account (RA) Bills and final bills for civil construction works.
- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ), measurements, and quantity estimations.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from construction drawings, specifications, and site measurements.
- Perform rate analysis for extra items, non-BOQ items, and variations.
- Verify contractor bills against actual site progress, approved drawings, BOQ, and contractual terms.
- Maintain records of measurements, billing statements, and supporting documentation.
- Handle material reconciliation, quantity reconciliation, and cost-related documentation.
- Identify and evaluate deviations,



extra items, and variations in civil works.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, quantity surveyors, contracts teams, and contractors.
- Ensure timely submission and certification of contractor bills.
- Monitor billing progress and assist in maintaining accurate project cost records.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and company procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in civil billing and quantity estimation.
- Experience in Pharma / Pharmaceutical Projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RA Bills, BOQ, quantity take-offs, measurements, and rate analysis.
- Experience in contractor billing, bill verification, certification, and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of extra items, variations, claims, and material reconciliation.
- Ability to read and interpret civil construction drawings and specifications.
- Positive coordination, documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
