As a dedicated Business Analyst for Client's Digital Product division, you will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and the development team.

Covering three key products- Carrier Email, Parental Control, and consumer security services—you will translate business requirements into transparent, actionable development tasks, ensuring that every software product delivered aligns with its intended business value.

As the Business Analyst for consumer services, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team. Your core responsibility is to deeply understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and UX Designers to enable continuous, high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

● Requirements Definition: Define detailed functional product requirements in alignment with business needs and product vision.

● User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Write user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria based on product usage behavior and stakeholder expectations.

● Business Process Modelling: Model business processes using BPMN, flow diagrams, or similar methods as needed to clarify workflows.

● Internal Team Engagement: Actively engage internal teams (PM, Engineering, QA, UX) to translate requirements into actionable solutions.

● Functional Specifications: Create and maintain functional specification documents (FSD) for product solutions.

● Information Simplification: Simplify complex information and decipher technical jargon so that it is easily understood by the whole team.

● Change Management Support:



Support business transitions and help establish change across the organization.

● Domain Analysis: Continuously review and analyze the business domain for each product to maintain deep contextual understanding.

● Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with developers and stakeholders throughout the development cycle to maintain requirement alignment.

Mandatory Requirements:

● 3+ years of practical experience as a Business Analyst, or in a similar requirements definition role.

● Demonstrated ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across both business and technical audiences.

● Hands-on experience with project management and documentation tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.).

● Excellent documentation skills̶able to organize complex information and communicate it clearly to cross-functional teams.

● Business-level English communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable Experience & Skills:

● Experience in requirements definition for telecom, mobile app, or IT/SaaS products.

● Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.

● Experience in business process modelling using BPMN, flowcharts, or similar notations.

● Experience reviewing UX designs using Figma or similar tools.

● Understanding of security-related products or compliance requirements.

● Experience collaborating with QA teams and reviewing test cases or acceptance criteria.

● Ability to combine empathy for the end-user with the ability to back up your arguments with data.
