Hiring: Bid Manager - Mumbai

We are hiring for a leading global technology and business services organization serving clients across multiple industries through business process services, transformation, and technology-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end bidding and RFP process as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
- Prepare deal briefs, RASCI matrices, bid calendars, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate with Sales, Solutions, Transition, Delivery, Pricing, Transformation, Geo, and other cross-functional teams.
- Drive stakeholder follow-ups, governance calls, minutes of meetings (MOMs), and timely escalations.
- Consolidate responses across service towers and coordinate solution and commercial reviews.
- Manage leadership reviews and ensure submission-ready documents are handed over to Sales.
- Coordinate third-party vendors and client visits as required.




- Maintain high standards of bid quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

- 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Business Process Services (BPS).
- Robust understanding of Finance & Accounting (F&A;), HR, Supply Chain, and Procurement processes.
- Good understanding of industry verticals and business operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and business acumen.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and business content writing.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and customer management skills.
