About the Role

FCI Fort is seeking a commercially minded, service-oriented professional to strengthen our relationships with South Mumbai’s interior designers, architects, and design studios. This role focuses on delivering reliable, high-quality bespoke furniture solutions that bring creative concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Trade Relationship Management

● Build and maintain strong networks across South Mumbai’s design community.

● Introduce FCI Fort’s bespoke capabilities through studio visits, meetings, and presentations.

● Conduct regular follow-ups to convert prospective leads into active business opportunities.

- Bespoke Furniture Support & Order Coordination

● Understand furniture specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, and upholstery.

● Manage enquiries, specifications, quotations, and order tracking from initial discussion to final delivery.

● Coordinate with suppliers, workshops, and internal teams to ensure feasibility, quality standards, and on-time delivery.





- Client Service & Commercial Growth

● Provide prompt, accurate, and dependable service while respecting our client's relationships.

● Drive sales growth by following up on quotations and identifying repeat business opportunities.

● Maintain clear reports on prospects, enquiries, and pipeline progress.

Requirements

● 3+ years of experience in luxury/bespoke furniture, interior design supply, or furniture sales.

● Solid understanding of furniture materials, production coordination, and specifications.

● Proven relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

● Professional fluency in English (knowledge of Hindi and/or Marathi is an advantage).
