- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional attitude
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities
- Deliver guest luggage, parcels, and messages promptly
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Assist in arranging transportation (taxis, airport transfers, etc.)
- Support front office staff when required
- Ensure safety and security of guest belongings
- Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Good communication skills (basic English required)
- Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance
- Physically fit to handle luggage
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per hour
