Role Description The Beauty Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations across skincare, bath and body, and wellness ranges.

The Beauty

Advisor will demonstrate products, explain key ingredients and benefits, and offer guidance on self-care routines aligned with Kimirica’s brand values. Daily responsibilities include achieving retail sales targets,



maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing stock replenishment, and ensuring a clean, inviting store environment. The role also entails handling customer queries, providing after-sales support, and contributing to a premium, inclusive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to engage customers and close sales ethically.
- Solid product knowledge and understanding of skin care, including the ability to explain ingredients, benefits, and usage.
- Background or training in cosmetology or related beauty fields is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, professional, and inclusive approach.
- Ability to work in office in Delhi, India, including weekends and peak retail hours.
- Attention to detail in merchandising and store presentation, with a focus on luxury brand standards.
- Prior experience in beauty, wellness, or premium retail environments is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy for billing, inventory checks, and customer records management.
