Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Business Development Executive (BDE). The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, reaching out to prospective clients, and presenting MyNonu.com’s services and offerings. The BDE will maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, coordinate with internal teams to tailor solutions, and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Daily tasks include maintaining a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, tracking performance metrics,
and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs. The role also requires regular reporting to management and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and client experience.
Qualifications
- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and IT or online services.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle remote work, meet targets, and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Comfort using CRM tools, office productivity software, and online communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is also considered.
- Prior experience in business development, inside sales, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
