Company Description Tathastu HealthCare Service,is a Child Development Centre in Pune, providing Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behaviour Therapy, and Remedial Education to support children with developmental needs.By integrating healthcare into educational settings, TATHASTU Healthcare Service helps institutions respond effectively to students’ diverse health and behavioral needs.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Behaviour & Speech Therapist located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, including PCMC, Moshi, and Wakad.

1.The therapist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and behavioral challenges.

- Daily responsibilities include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and monitoring progress through regular documentation and reporting.

3.The role involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support classroom integration and implement behavior management strategies.

4.The therapist will also participate in awareness programs, provide guidance on early identification of difficulties, and contribute to creating an inclusive,



supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Speech Therapy, with the ability to plan and deliver evidence-based interventions.
- Clinical experience addressing Speech and Communication Disorders in children and adolescents.
- Knowledge and practical skills in managing Language Disorders, including expressive and receptive language issues.
- Competence in assessing and treating Dysphagia and related feeding or swallowing difficulties.
- Relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, Clinical Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience working in school or pediatric settings and collaborating with educators and families.
- Strong observational, assessment, and documentation skills, with attention to confidentiality and ethics.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work on-site across locations within the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area as required.
- Professional registration or licensure (where applicable) and ongoing commitment to continuing education.
