The Stone Arch is looking for a skilled, creative, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. We are seeking a professional with good beverage knowledge, excellent service skills, and the ability to deliver an outstanding bar experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and other beverages according to established recipes.

Demonstrate knowledge of classic cocktails, beverage preparation techniques, and presentation.

Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.

Set up, organize, and maintain the bar before, during, and after service.

Monitor bar inventory, stock levels, and beverage supplies.

Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages, garnishes, and bar ingredients.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of the bar area and equipment.

Provide professional and friendly service while engaging with guests.

Coordinate with the restaurant service team to ensure smooth beverage delivery.

Minimize wastage and follow stock control procedures.

Follow applicable licensing requirements and responsible alcohol service practices.

Candidate Requirements





Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, hotel, lounge, or bar is preferred.

Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and beverage service.

Familiarity with bar equipment, mixing techniques, and garnishing.

Solid communication and customer service skills.

Professional grooming, positive attitude, and attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Knowledge of inventory management and bar hygiene standards.

Immediate joiners preferred.
