Responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of the bar, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient staff supervision, and achievement of sales targets. Duties include managing bar inventory and stock reconciliation, monitoring liquor purchases and consumption, controlling costs and wastage, supervising billing and cash handling, and ensuring strict compliance with applicable excise regulations and hotel policies. Must maintain high standards of hygiene, discipline, and professionalism while ensuring accurate records, transparent operations, and responsible handling of hotel assets.
The ideal candidate must be honest, trustworthy, accountable, and customer-focused, with strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain a well-organised, profitable, and guest-friendly bar.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
