The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced and passionate hospitality professionals to join our dynamic beverage operations team. Our bar outlet proudly offers an extensive selection of IMFL, FMFL, Beer, and Wine.

To build our core team efficiently, we are currently accepting applications for 6 open positions across multiple levels of bar service and management under this single listing. Whether you are a seasoned leader or a skilled service professional, if you have a background in premium beverage service, we want to hear from you.

We are actively hiring for the following roles:

- Bar Manager: To oversee daily operations, inventory, compliance, and staff training.
- Bar Captains: To supervise floor service, manage guest relations, and support the management team.
- Bartenders / Mixologists: To craft high-quality beverages and maintain the bar counter with deep knowledge of local and imported spirits.
- Waiters / Stewards: To provide prompt, attentive table service and guide guests through our extensive beverage menu.

Core Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional, warm,



and professional service to all guests.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge across our IMFL, FMFL, Beer, and Wine offerings to make confident recommendations.
- Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards behind the bar and on the floor.
- Collaborate seamlessly across all roles—from floor staff to management—to ensure smooth, high-volume operations.
- Ensure full compliance with local liquor laws, age verification protocols, and responsible service of alcohol.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Proven prior experience in a hotel bar, standalone premium pub, or upscale restaurant is mandatory for all roles.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with pouring and serving IMFL, FMFL, and wine.
- Skills: Excellent communication, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Leadership (for Manager/Captain roles): Previous experience managing inventory, leading teams, and handling guest escalations effectively.
