Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bakery or Patisserie Commis 1 or 2 role based in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad for experienced individuals.

The positions involve preparing and baking a variety of breads, cookies, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards.

Responsibilities include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping and decorating products, managing baking schedules, and ensuring consistent quality and presentation.



The chef will maintain a clean and hygienic work area, follow food safety regulations, and coordinate with the café team to support daily service. The role also includes contributing to new recipe development and seasonal menu items as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in bakery production, including planning and oven management
- Hands-on experience in baking techniques for cookies, bread, and assorted pastries
- Proficiency in food preparation, ingredient handling, and portion control
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen sanitation practices
- Attention to detail in taste, texture, and visual presentation of baked products
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, including early morning or shift-based schedules
- Effective teamwork and communication skills within a busy kitchen environment
- Prior experience in a bakery, patisserie, or café kitchen; formal culinary or bakery training is an advantage
