Job Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to manage and grow sales across modern trade, society stores, and pharmacy accounts in Mumbai. The role involves regular store visits, retailer engagement, product promotion, stock management, and new account development.

This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who enjoy field sales, customer interaction, relationship building,



and achieving business growth through execution excellence.

Responsibilities

- Visit assigned retail stores and pharmacy chains regularly.
- Drive product sales through customer interaction and in-store activation.
- Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and stock availability.
- Train store staff on product perks and recommendations.
- Develop new retail accounts and expand market presence.
- Track sales, stock movement, and submit regular reports.

Stores Covered:

- Society Stores: Oshiwara, Santacruz, Vile Parle, Chembur, Lokhandwala
- Pills & More: Andheri, Kurla, Mulund, Vikhroli
- Nature's Basket: Bandra, Juhu, Lower Parel

Qualification Required:

- 1-3 years of Field Sales / Retail Sales experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel across Mumbai.
