AWS Connect Senior Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled AWS Connect Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting scalable cloud-based contact center solutions for enterprise customers. The role requires hands-on experience in Amazon Connect, serverless architectures, and AWS service integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, deploy, and support end-to-end Amazon Connect solutions.
- Build and maintain contact flows, IVR solutions, routing strategies, queues, and agent experiences.
- Develop serverless integrations using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
- Implement data integration solutions using DynamoDB and Amazon S3.
- Configure monitoring, logging, and operational dashboards using CloudWatch.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and developers to deliver robust solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions,



and solution design workshops.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.

Required Skills

Amazon Connect (Primary Skill)

- Robust hands-on experience in Amazon Connect implementation and support.
- Expertise in Contact Flows, Queues, Routing Profiles, Prompts, and Agent Workspace.
- Experience integrating Amazon Connect with external applications and services.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

- Experience in serverless application development and cloud-native architectures.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.
