Role Description The Audit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for leading and managing audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role includes planning and executing financial audits, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

The Audit

Manager will oversee audit teams, allocate tasks, review work papers, and provide coaching and feedback to team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial data, identifying risks, recommending improvements to processes and controls, and preparing clear audit reports and presentations for senior stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with other advisory functions within Fisgro,



maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to continuous improvement of audit methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant standards and regulations.
- Experience working with Financial Statements and conducting Financial Audits, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess financial data, identify control weaknesses, and recommend practical solutions.
- Proficiency in audit tools and MS Office (especially Excel), with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; qualified certifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Prior experience in audit leadership or management, including supervising teams and managing multiple engagements.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
- High ethical standards, professional integrity, and a commitment to compliance and quality in all audit activities.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage deadlines effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional advisory teams.
