Job Purpose

To ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new employees by coordinating pre-joining, joining-day, documentation, induction, and employee integration activities.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Joining ActivitiesCoordinate with selected candidates regarding joining formalities.Collect and verify required documents before the date of joining.

Coordinate background verification and reference checks.Share offer letters, joining instructions, and company policies.

Joining & Induction

Facilitate current employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Coordinate with IT, Admin, Payroll, and respective departments for workstation, system access, ID cards, and assets.

Ensure completion of all joining documentation and compliance requirements.

Conduct HR induction sessions and introduce company policies, culture, and benefits.

Employee EngagementAct as the primary point of contact for new joiners during the onboarding period.

Support employees in completing mandatory training programs.

Gather onboarding feedback and recommend improvements.Ensure a positive employee experience during the initial months.





HR OperationsMaintain accurate employee records in HRMS.Coordinate with payroll for employee master data creation.

Prepare onboarding reports and trackers.
