Job Summary

As an Operations Manager within Transport Operations, you will support the delivery of transportation operations including day nodal and night cab services. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating with vendors, and preparing management reporting and key performance indicator reporting. You will help track compliance requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives to improve service quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

You will partner with stakeholders and apply problem-solving skills while using technology and data to improve outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day transportation operations, including day nodal and night cab services.
- Coordinate with vendors to support consistent service delivery and operational execution.
- Prepare management information reporting, including key performance indicator reporting, to support performance tracking.
- Track operational metrics and support visibility into service performance, trends, and outcomes.
- Maintain compliance tracking routines and support timely updates and follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance service quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather inputs, align priorities, and support effective operational delivery.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues using structured problem-solving and timely escalation where needed.
- Use technology and data to support reporting, improve processes, and strengthen service management.
- Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills





- Demonstrated ability to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment
- More than 10 years of experience coordinating with vendors and managing vendor-related deliverables
- Ability to produce management information reporting and key performance indicator reporting
- Ability to track compliance-related activities and maintain accurate follow-up
- Continuous improvement mindset with ability to support service quality and operational efficiency initiatives
- Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate across multiple parties
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage issues through to resolution
- Comfort using technology and data to improve service delivery and operational outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
