About Comply Ark

Comply Ark is a regulatory infrastructure company building software for data protection compliance under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). Our platform, DataLens, helps organisations find and map the personal data they hold across their systems, the starting point for every compliance obligation, with modules for consent, data principal rights, breach response and governance rolling out in phases.

Comply Ark was founded by a former data protection lawyer and a software architect, and is backed by ISB and IIIT Hyderabad. Indian organisations must comply with the DPDPA by May 2027, and most are choosing how to do it now.

The role

We are hiring three Sales Associates, one for each of these sectors:

- Healthcare: hospitals, pharma, diagnostics and health tech
- Financial services: banks, NBFCs, fintechs and insurers
- Retail: marketplaces, e-commerce, consumer and fashion brands

You will become Comply Ark's specialist on your sector. You will start by learning the DPDPA and DataLens, then research companies, open conversations, support meetings and, step by step, run deals of your own. You will work alongside the founding team and our Founding Account Executive.

What you will do

- Research companies in your sector and identify the people responsible for data protection and compliance
- Open conversations by email, LinkedIn and phone




- Prepare for and join customer meetings, and own the follow-up
- Keep an accurate record of every account and conversation
- Become fluent in what the DPDPA means for your sector
- Take ownership of deals from first conversation to close as you grow

What we are looking for

- 0 to 2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome
- A degree in any discipline. Business, law, commerce, engineering and life sciences backgrounds all fit
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfort starting conversations with people you do not know, and with hearing no
- Curiosity about how businesses work, and the discipline to follow through
- Comfort using AI tools for research and drafting, and the judgment to check what they produce
- Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate, and ready to travel

Positive to have

- Sales, business development or customer-facing internships
- Exposure to your chosen sector, through study, internships or family business

You do not need to know the DPDPA already. We will train you on the law, the product and enterprise selling. What we offer A fixed salary with performance incentives, structured training, and a clear path to Account Executive.
