Role Description The Associate Recruiter role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Recruiter will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. This role involves maintaining candidate databases, updating job postings, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand role requirements, provide regular hiring updates, and assist with offer management and onboarding coordination. The role also includes maintaining recruitment reports, tracking key metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring processes in line with the company’s excellence-driven culture.

Qualifications

- Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities, including use of job portals, professional networks, and social media platforms.
- Solid interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidate fit based on role requirements and organizational culture.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple vacancies, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with recruitment management tools, applicant tracking systems, and basic MS Office applications.
- Understanding of HR fundamentals, recruitment best practices, and basic employment regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience or internship in recruitment or HR support roles, preferably in consulting or skilled services, is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.
