We’re seeking a proactive, process-oriented, and AI-savvy Product Manager who can take ownership of the entire product ecosystem, from ideation to deployment. You’ll lead research, roadmap planning, and execution across all six InCruiter products, integrating AI and automation-first thinking into every stage. tech, AI & testing team, ensuring delivery of scalable, high-impact, AI-powered features, all while maintaining rigorous process documentation, quality, and pace.

Excited About Your Tasks?

- Support end-to-end product lifecycle activities including ideation, research, design, documentation, development, QA, and release for assigned features or modules.
- Assist in conceptualizing and implementing AI-led product features (e.g., interview intelligence, candidate evaluation, recruiter automation, chatbots, analytics) under guidance of senior product managers.
- Conduct structured market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and AI-driven opportunities within the recruitment technology space.
- Translate business and product requirements into clear PRDs,



user stories, wireframes, and process flows with review and feedback from senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, AI engineers, QA, and design) to ensure aligned priorities, clarity in requirements, and timely execution.
- Create, maintain, and update product documentation including feature specifications, version control, and release notes to support consistent delivery.
- Track product performance, user analytics, and defined KPIs to support data-driven insights and product optimization efforts.
- Work closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to communicate progress, dependencies, and ensure alignment with overall product and business goals.
- Stay informed on emerging AI trends (LLMs, NLP, predictive analytics) and assist in evaluating integrations or enhancements to the platform.
- Support continuous product improvement by balancing innovation, execution quality, and scalability within defined product processes

What Will You Need To Succeed?

- 1+ years of experience in product management, with building or managing AI-driven products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, NLP, LLMs, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.
- Proven success managing multi-product environments or large SaaS platforms.
- Excellent grasp of STLC/SDLC, Agile methodologies, and sprint planning.
- Hands-on with Jira, Notion, Figma, Postman, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional documentation, process orientation, and attention to detail.
- Rapid-paced, proactive leader who thrives in startup environments.
- Strong ability to manage and motivate a tech team (devs, AI, QA).
- Outstanding communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in Computer Science, AI/ML, or Data Science.
- Prior experience in recruitment tech / HR tech / SaaS products.
- Understanding of data privacy, AI ethics, and security standards.
