- Lead the architectural design, development, and implementation of scalable Java microservices.
- Drive the adoption of best practices for API/Microservices testing, utilizing frameworks like RestAssured.
- Oversee and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using Azure DevOps.
- Architect and manage containerized applications deployed on Kubernetes.
- Develop and implement automation scripts using Shell, PowerShell, or Python to streamline operations and deployments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and high-performance technical solutions.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of software systems through rigorous testing and quality assurance.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Drive problem-solving and analytical efforts for complex technical challenges across the software development lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications

- 12-16 years of progressive experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on architecture and leadership.

Deep expertise in Java Microservices development and distributed systems. Proficiency in API/Microservices testing methodologies and tools, including RestAssured.

- Extensive experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and project management.
- Strong command of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
- Advanced scripting skills in Shell, PowerShell, and Python for automation and system administration.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native principles and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with full-stack development concepts, including UI, backend, and API integration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire engineering teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
