Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven team member to manage T-Hub’s Mentor and Value Partner ecosystem, connecting startups with the right expertise, resources, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the Mentor & Value Partner Desks and serve as the key point of contact.

- Understand startup requirements and connect them with relevant mentors, partners, advantages, and resources.

- Onboard and manage relationships with mentors and value partners.

- Coordinate mentor sessions, office hours, webinars, workshops, and ecosystem engagements.

- Build and maintain Outpost as a central resource platform for startups.

- Track engagement, utilization, feedback, and success stories.

- Identify ecosystem gaps and opportunities to improve the startup and partner experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in partnerships, stakeholder/client management, startup engagement, or program/event management. Strong communication, relationship management, and execution skills are essential. Exposure to startups, B2B product companies, incubators, accelerators, or innovation ecosystems is preferred.
