Carbon Circle is building a fast-growing platform of Compressed Biogas (CBG) plants, converting agricultural and industrial organic waste into renewable natural gas and organic manure.

We are looking for bright, analytically strong professionals with 3–5 years of experience, preferably graduates from leading colleges of Delhi University, to work closely with the leadership team.

The role offers broad, hands-on exposure to corporate finance, business analytics, operational performance improvement and management systems in a rapidly scaling renewable energy business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Finance & Fundraising

- Support debt and equity fundraising, including financial modelling, investor/lender presentations, due diligence and financial closure.
- Coordinate with banks, investors, consultants and other stakeholders.

2. Business Analytics & Optimisation

- Analyse plant-level revenues, operating costs and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate business performance against budgets, benchmarks and targets.

3. Carbon Credits

- Support carbon credit registration, monitoring, verification, issuance and monetisation.
- Coordinate with consultants, verification agencies and potential buyers.

4. Financial Operations & Compliance

- Manage lender reporting,



financing-related compliances and documentation.
- Monitor debt servicing obligations, covenants and other financial commitments.

5. Management Information & ERP

- Develop and maintain management dashboards covering financial and operational performance.
- Drive effective ERP utilisation, data accuracy, reporting and process improvements.

Candidate Profile

- Education: B.Com (Hons.) / B.Com from a leading Delhi University college or an equivalent reputed institution.
- Experience: 3–5 years in corporate finance, transaction advisory, financial analysis, consulting, investment banking, business analytics or related roles.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills are essential.
- Excellent analytical ability, commercial understanding and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with financial as well as operational data.
- Proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership across multiple workstreams.
