Smile Couture Dental Clinic is looking for a patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our clinical team. The role suits a dentist who combines sound clinical skills with clear communication, careful documentation and a warm approach to patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Examine patients, understand their concerns and explain suitable treatment options in clear, easy language.
- Perform consultations and dental procedures within your training and clinical competence.
- Prepare treatment plans and discuss them with patients and the senior dentist where required.
- Maintain accurate clinical notes, treatment records, prescriptions and follow-up instructions.
- Follow the clinic’s sterilisation, infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the dental assistants and front desk to support a smooth patient visit.
- Monitor patients after treatment and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Refer or discuss cases with the senior dentist when a case requires additional expertise.
Qualifications and experience
- BDS from a recognised dental college; valid registration with the Dental Council of India or relevant State Dental Council.
- Prior clinical experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong clinical fundamentals and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- MDS or additional training in a relevant specialty is an advantage.
