Role Description The Assistant Store Manager at Success Story Media is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. This role supports daily store operations, including supervising staff, organizing inventory, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

Manager helps manage customer interactions, resolves issues promptly, and actively promotes a positive in-store experience.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, assisting with cash handling procedures, supporting loss prevention efforts,



and implementing store policies and guidelines. The role also involves coordinating schedules, training team members, and collaborating with leadership to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers, team members, and management.
- Experience or aptitude in Store Management, including overseeing daily operations, staff coordination, and inventory organization.
- Awareness of Retail Loss Prevention practices, with attention to detail and adherence to security and compliance procedures.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Ability to work in office in Patna, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting, cash handling, and use of point-of-sale systems.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is an advantage.
