Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role opening for Jaipur,Matura,Cochin, responsible for supporting revenue growth and guest acquisition for Tathaapi Spa & Wellness. This role involves assisting in developing and executing sales strategies, managing daily sales operations, and nurturing relationships with hotel partners, corporate clients, and walk-in guests.

The Assistant Sales

Manager will track performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and help coordinate promotional campaigns and packages to drive bookings and upsell services. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting follow-ups,



maintaining accurate records in sales systems, and collaborating closely with the spa operations and marketing teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. The role also includes participating in local networking activities, market research, and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing techniques.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests and partners professionally in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Basic marketing and promotional skills, including familiarity with spa or hospitality offers, packages, and events.
- Organizational and analytical skills, such as maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Prior experience in hospitality, spa/wellness, or retail sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, including weekends or evenings as required by business needs.
- Comfort collaborating in a team workplace and coordinating with operations, front desk, and management.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
