JUSTDOGS is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Retail Store Manager /Senior Retail Sales Advisor to join our retail team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have robust sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine love for pets.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable pet products.
- Sales & Upselling: Drive store sales through product recommendations, upselling, cross-selling, and achieving sales targets.
- Spa Bookings: Manage pet grooming and spa appointments, coordinate with groomers, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Online Orders: Handle online orders, coordinate order processing, and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Home Deliveries: Manage customer home delivery requests and coordinate with delivery personnel.
- Store Operations: Maintain product displays, monitor stock availability, and ensure store cleanliness and organisation.




- Customer Relationships: Build lasting customer relationships, encourage repeat purchases, and promote customer loyalty.

Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a senior sales or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.
- Ability to upsell products and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/POS systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage store operations efficiently.
- Must love pets and be comfortable handling and interacting with dogs and cats.
- Previous experience in pet retail is an advantage.
