Role Description The Assistant Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban. This role supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects, including print, digital, and outdoor initiatives. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with sales teams, creative agencies, and vendors; tracking campaign performance; and preparing marketing reports and presentations. The role also involves managing social media presence, assisting with event and launch activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

The Assistant Marketing

Manager contributes to market research, competitor analysis, and budget monitoring to help optimize marketing strategies and drive qualified leads.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in marketing concepts, campaign planning, and brand communication, preferably within real estate or related industries.




- Experience with digital marketing activities such as social media management, basic SEO, and online lead-generation platforms.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in creating marketing content, presentations, and reports.
- Solid organizational and project coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in Bangalore Urban with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic CRM or marketing tools; experience with property portals is a plus.
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and alignment with Svamitva Group’s values of trust, reliability, and quality.
