Requirements:

? MBA in marketing

? Min 3-year experience in reputed organizations. (Min 2 years of team handling role)

? Excellent communication and negotiation skills

? Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives. Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.

· Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze customer insights and data to inform marketing strategies. - Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms including social media, website, email campaigns, and more. Ensure consistency in brand messaging.

· Digital Marketing: Manage online marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.



Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

· Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity. Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all marketing materials.

· Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure team success.

· Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

· Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

· Event Planning and Management: Plan and execute events such as trade shows, product launches, and promotional events. Ensure successful event execution and follow-up.

· Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI to senior management.
