About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Partnerships & Fundraising professional to build strategic partnerships and mobilise resources for Jivika Foundation’s social-impact programs.

The role will involve identifying potential CSR partners, developing proposals and pitches, building relationships with corporates and foundations, managing the partnership pipeline, and converting opportunities into long-term collaborations.

You will work closely with the leadership and program teams to identify funding opportunities and develop compelling partnerships that create measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities Partnership Development & Fundraising

- Identify and develop recent CSR, corporate, foundation, and institutional partnerships.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective donors and partners.
- Research companies, CSR priorities, foundations, and funding opportunities.
- Initiate conversations, conduct meetings, make pitches, and drive partnership closure.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with CSR heads, foundations, and corporate leaders.

Proposal & Pitch Development

- Develop concept notes, proposals, budgets, presentations, and partnership documents.
- Understand partner priorities and align them with Jivika Foundation's programs.
- Coordinate with internal program teams to develop customised partnership solutions.
- Support preparation of impact reports, updates, and donor communications.

Partnership Management

- Manage the partnership lifecycle from initial outreach to agreement, implementation, reporting, and renewal.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and movement of opportunities through the pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner commitments and deliverables are met.
- Maintain accurate partnership and fundraising MIS.

Research & Strategy

- Track CSR trends, funding priorities, government initiatives, and potential funding opportunities.
- Identify new sectors, geographies, and partnership models for Jivika Foundation.




- Develop strategies to increase fundraising and diversify funding sources.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing partners.

What We're Looking For
- 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, business development, institutional fundraising, or strategic partnerships.
- Experience working with corporates, CSR teams, foundations, NGOs, or development organisations preferred.
- Strong understanding of CSR and the social-impact ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, presentation, pitching, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong proposal writing and business communication skills.
- Ability to independently identify opportunities and drive them from lead generation to closure.
- Strong follow-up, networking, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working with targets, pipelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office and CRM or partnership-tracking tools.
- High level of ownership, professionalism, persistence, and integrity.

About Jivika Foundation Jivika Foundation is the social impact arm of the Jivika ecosystem, working to improve access to healthcare and strengthen community health systems across India.

Through partnerships with government departments, CSR organisations, healthcare institutions, and local communities, we work on initiatives spanning preventive healthcare, vaccination, cancer screening, public health programs, and community development.
