Purpose of the role: The objective of this job is to closely work with R&D; team and develop Diagnostic procedures , Advanced Diagnostic tools and improve the repair quality at dealer workshop
Key Responsibilities
- Developing diagnostic procedures for recent models
- Developing wiring manuals
- Working closely with field technical team to capture the best available procedure to diagnose problems
- Analyzing field failure reports , to release quick solutions to field
- Representing service to capture field failures in various new product DFMEA’s
- Validation of the diagnostic, flashing tools and releasing to field

BE/B.Tech in Automobile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics engineering
General Experience
Around 3 to 5 years experience in technical support in Automotive industry
Critical Experience
Primary Skills
- Experience in automotive trouble shooting
- Exposure to latest technologies in automobiles
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledge in automotive electronics
Secondary Skills
- Technical Writing: Ability to create clear and concise manuals and documentation,
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with technical teams,
- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for developing quick and effective solutions to field issues,
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently,
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in diagnostic procedures and manuals.
