Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for handling a Broiler Breeder Branch
- Major accountability - Ensuring breed STDs with respect to HHHE, Liveability, CPP, Hatchability
- Responsible for ensuring the cost of production per HE is with in the Targeted Value
- Responsible for maintaining our SOP at all the Branch farms
- Responsible for educating / training all farm incharges for achieving our Production Targets at their respective farms
- Responsible for ensuring optimum inventory for all farm needy materials, medicine, Egg Trays, Packing Materials and Vaccine. And raising on time indent for all farm requirements
- Regular Farm Visit
- On time submission of all necessary reports with respect to Branch performance
- Over all responsible for the smooth operations and Production of the allotted branch farms

Preferred candidate profile





- Graduate with minimum 5 Plus years of experience in handling Broiler Breeder Operations, preferable in laying farm.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Problem-solving ability
- Spoken Tamil is mandatory
