- Manage 12–13 stores across Bihar and the East region.
- Drive store-wise sales, revenue, profitability and operational performance.
- Lead and manage Store Managers and frontline teams.
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, customer experience and SOP adherence.
- Conduct regular store visits and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Supply Chain and other teams for smooth operations.
- Handle manpower, performance and customer escalations.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in multi-store retail / area management.
- Experience handling 10+ stores with solid sales and team-management exposure.
- Candidates based in Bihar.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
