Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Art Director (2D) with 3–7 years of experience in the event management industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing creative concepts, visual themes, and high-quality 2D designs for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, award ceremonies, brand activations, product launches, and social events.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of event branding, spatial graphics, stage backdrops, event collaterals, and brand communication, along with the ability to convert client briefs into impactful visual concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts, themes, and visual identities for corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, and other events.
- Design 2D event layouts, stage backdrops, LED screen content, standees, banners, signage, invitations, and promotional materials.
- Create creative presentations, mood boards, design concepts, and visual references for client pitches.
- Develop event branding, including logos, key visuals, branding collaterals, and promotional graphics.
- Work closely with the business development, client servicing, 3D design, production, and operations teams to understand project requirements.
- Translate client briefs into cutting-edge, visually appealing, and brand-aligned designs.
- Prepare artwork and production-ready files with correct dimensions, specifications, and print requirements.
- Ensure consistency in brand guidelines, typography, colour schemes, layouts, and visual quality.
- Review designs and artwork before final approval and production.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.
- Coordinate with printers, fabricators, vendors, and production teams to ensure accurate execution of approved designs.




- Stay updated with design trends, event branding concepts, creative technologies, and industry developments.
- Guide junior designers and provide creative direction wherever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in graphic design, 2D design, or art direction, preferably in the event management industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing event branding, stage graphics, corporate events, exhibitions, and creative presentations.
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Good knowledge of typography, colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand identity.
- Understanding of large-format printing, fabrication artwork, production specifications, and event branding materials.
- Ability to develop creative concepts and present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

- Quality, creativity, and originality of design concepts.
- Timely completion of creative presentations and artwork.
- Accuracy of production-ready files and reduction of design errors.
- Adherence to client briefs and brand guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior experience in an event management, experiential marketing, exhibition, or advertising agency.
- Experience designing stage backdrops, event branding, exhibition graphics, and large-format visual elements.
- Ability to balance creativity with practical production requirements.
- A proactive professional with strong visualisation skills and a passion for event design.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
