We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ASM to lead our sales efforts for LED TVs, Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, and Washing Machines in the specified region.

: We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager – B2B to drive business growth and develop strong B2B sales across Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and Chhattisgarh. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the B2B Sales, managing channel partners, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, institutional buyers, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B sales and revenue growth across the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, institutional buyers and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Manage existing accounts and ensure solid customer relationships.




- Plan territory-wise sales activities and market expansion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, stock availability and timely delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of the assigned market and B2B sales channels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
- Ability to manage distributors, dealers and institutional customers independently.
