Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory and achieving revenue targets. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing customers, and visiting client locations to understand their needs.

The Area Sales

Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for smooth order processing, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.



The individual is expected to represent Instyle Ventures professionally in the field and support promotional activities, events, and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in field sales, territory management, or area sales leadership, preferably within a product or service-focused organization.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and develop actionable strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to present solutions clearly and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong time management, planning, and organizational abilities for in office work and client visits.
- Comfortable working in the Jaipur market with knowledge of local geography; willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience in sales will also be considered.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools) and familiarity with CRM or sales reporting tools is an advantage.
