- Drive sales and business growth for Medical & Surgical products across the assigned territory.

- Develop and manage hospital, institutional and corporate accounts.

- Build relationships with surgeons, doctors, OT teams, nurses and procurement teams.

- Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, trials and evaluations.

- Develop KOLs and identify new business opportunities.

- Manage distributors and ensure product availability.

- Track market trends, competitors and customer requirements.

- Achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets.

- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting and CRM updates.

- Support current product launches and ensure timely collections.
