Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and develop customer relationships across Vijayawada and nearby districts.
- Manage assigned leads, conduct regular follow-ups and drive opportunities towards closure.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and assess feasibility.
- Develop business relationships with schools, colleges, sports academies, builders, contractors, architects and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with Design and Engineering teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Present quotations, negotiate commercial terms and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Achieve assigned sales, site visit, conversion and closure targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams for project handover and follow up on customer payments.
- Maintain updated CRM records and submit regular sales activity reports.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Field Sales or Project Sales.
- Experience in construction materials, building products, flooring, infrastructure, interiors or institutional sales preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline and close business.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory for customer meetings and site visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
