Minimum Qualification

Lead engineering activities related to Chemical Injection (CI) Skids and Hypochlorination Packages for offshore oil & gas facilities. Act as Area Lead for assigned package engineering scope from FEED through detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and startup. Prepare, review, and approve:
- Material Requisitions (MR)
- Technical Specifications
- Equipment Datasheets
- Technical Bid Evaluation Reports
- Vendor Document Review Comments
- Package Engineering Deliverables
- Inspection & Test Requirements

Lead specification and selection of:
- Chemical Injection Skids
- Corrosion Inhibitor Injection Packages
- Scale Inhibitor Injection Packages
- Methanol Injection Packages
- Anti-Foam Injection Systems
- Oxygen Scavenger Injection Systems
- Sodium Hypochlorite Generation Systems
- Electrochlorination Systems
- Dosing Packages
- Chemical Storage and Transfer Systems

Review package layouts and ensure compliance with offshore installation requirements. Ensure design compliance with client specifications, project requirements, and international standards.



Coordinate with package vendors during detailed engineering, manufacturing, FAT, and documentation review stages. Review pump sizing, dosing calculations, storage requirements, material compatibility, and package performance requirements. Monitor package engineering progress and ensure deliverables are issued within project schedules. Support hazard reviews, design reviews, model reviews, and constructability assessments. Resolve technical issues during engineering, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and operation phases. Review and approve operational and maintenance philosophies associated with package systems. Ensure proper integration of package systems with process, piping, instrumentation, electrical, and control systems. Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers assigned to mechanical package activities.
