- Lead engineering and design activities related to static equipment packages, specifically tanks, drums, separators, filters, strainers, and associated equipment.
- Act as Area Lead for the assigned static equipment scope within major offshore projects.
- Prepare and review engineering deliverables including:
- Material Requisitions (MR)
- Technical Specifications
- Equipment Datasheets
- Bid Evaluation Reports
- Technical Bid Tabulations
- Vendor Document Review Comments
- Design Calculations
- Review and approve design of:
- Atmospheric Storage Tanks
- Pressurized Storage Vessels
- Produced Water Tanks
- Chemical Storage Tanks
- Slop Tanks
- Diesel Storage Tanks
- Basket Filters
- Duplex Filters
- Coalescer Filters
- Strainers
- Cartridge Filters
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards including API, ASME, ASTM, and client specifications.
- Coordinate vendor engineering activities and review vendor documents.
- Lead technical evaluations and vendor selection activities.
- Ensure timely execution of engineering deliverables as per project schedule.
- Monitor engineering quality, technical compliance, and design integrity.
- Support model reviews, constructability reviews, and design optimization studies.
- Resolve technical issues arising during engineering, fabrication, installation, and commissioning stages.
- Participate in interdisciplinary design reviews and interface management.
- Mentor and guide engineers within the static equipment team.
- Support proposal and tendering activities by providing technical inputs and man-hour estimates.
- Ensure lessons learned and best engineering practices are incorporated into designs.
