Agentic AI Engineer / Technical Lead

5+ years of overall software engineering experience with strong hands-on GenAI / Agentic AI solution development experience.

Mandatory hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and LangGraph.

Proven experience delivering at least 2 end-to-end Agentic AI projects in an enterprise/production environment.

Strong expertise in AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, tool/function calling, agent workflows, memory, and state management.

Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM evaluation.

Strong Python development skills with experience building scalable APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.

Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and other Azure AI services is highly preferred.

Hands-on experience integrating agents with enterprise APIs, databases, external tools, and business applications.

Solid understanding of AI architecture, security, guardrails, observability, CI/CD, and production deployment.

Ability to lead technical design, perform hands-on development/code reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with architects and business stakeholders.
