Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Architect & Product Owner - Immersive Experience to lead the product vision, solution architecture, and delivery of next-generation immersive real-estate experiences. The role will drive an integrated platform spanning high-end 3D visualization, VR/XR experiences, browser-based 3D presentations, and team-oriented remote property showcases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the product vision, roadmap, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of the immersive experience platform.
- Lead solutions across desktop applications, VR/XR headsets, browser-based 3D experiences, and collaborative remote presentations.
- Define scalable architecture covering real-time 3D rendering, content pipelines, cloud GPU infrastructure, and streaming technologies.
- Drive integrations with CRM, property inventory, pricing, ERP, identity management, analytics, web, and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, design teams, developers, infrastructure teams, and external technology vendors.
- Translate business requirements into product roadmaps, technical specifications, user stories, and delivery milestones.
- Establish platform security, performance, reliability, analytics, and operational monitoring standards.
- Own vendor governance, service-level agreements, incident management, and continuous improvement in line with ITIL practices.
- Lead cross-functional and distributed engineering teams to deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Align immersive experiences with real-estate sales, customer engagement, property marketing, and off-plan sales journeys.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 10 - 15 years of overall experience in product management, solution architecture, software engineering, or digital platform delivery.




- At least 5 years in senior product ownership, product leadership, or solution architecture roles.
- At least 3 years of direct experience delivering immersive, real-time 3D, VR/XR, digital-twin, or interactive visualization platforms.
- Strong understanding of Unreal Engine or equivalent real-time 3D technologies.
- Experience with VR/XR platforms, including Meta Quest and/or Apple Vision Pro, is advantageous.
- Knowledge of browser-based 3D technologies, WebGL, and web-delivered immersive experiences.
- Experience with cloud GPU infrastructure, real-time rendering, and pixel-streaming technologies.
- Understanding of 3D asset management, content pipelines, performance optimization, and deployment workflows.
- Experience integrating digital platforms with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, inventory, pricing, identity, and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, API integration, security, scalability, and platform operations.
- Experience managing engineering teams, external vendors, delivery roadmaps, SLAs, and production support.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in real estate, PropTech, architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or digital-twin solutions.
- Exposure to off-plan property sales, interactive property presentations, virtual showrooms, or real-estate visualization.
- Experience working with distributed or offshore engineering teams.
- Experience delivering enterprise digital platforms across multiple devices and channels.
