Role Description The Architect will work full time on-site at Grihscape’s Gurugram location, collaborating with project teams to design and deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Responsibilities include developing conceptual and detailed architectural designs, preparing drawings and documentation, and coordinating with interior designers, engineers, and contractors. The role involves participating in client meetings, understanding requirements, and translating them into practical design proposals that align with project timelines and budgets. The Architect will support project management activities, monitor site progress,



and ensure that construction adheres to design intent, safety standards, and relevant regulations.

The position also requires staying up to date with materials, technologies, and design trends to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Demonstrated ability in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Exposure to Integration of architectural solutions with structural, MEP, and interior design requirements.
- Familiarity with Software Development concepts or digital tools that support design integration and workflow efficiency (e.g., BIM, CAD platforms).
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team setting.
