Role Description The Architect and BIM Modeler for Architecture and MEPF role is a full-time, in office position based in Aurangabad. This role involves developing and coordinating architectural and MEPF BIM models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements and standards.

Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating 3D models, preparing drawings and documentation, performing clash detection, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and coordination issues.



The professional in this role will support project planning and construction sequencing, integrate design changes efficiently, and contribute to energy-efficient and sustainable design solutions. The role also includes communicating with project managers and stakeholders, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in BIM-related Software Development and Integration workflows, including coordinating data between different platforms and tools.
- Experience applying Project Management principles to design and BIM tasks, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
- Hands-on experience with BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) for Architecture and MEPF modeling, clash detection, and documentation.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and standards, especially related to MEPF coordination and sustainable design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in 3D modeling and documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders on-site.
- Degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field; additional BIM certifications are an advantage.
