○Responsibilities include coordinating with senior architects on design concepts, translating sketches into accurate CAD drawings, and ensuring designs comply with building codes and regulations.
○The Architect will collaborate with project teams, consultants, and vendors, assist in design revisions, and support project management activities such as maintaining drawing records and timelines.
○The role also include site visits to verify measurements, monitor implementation of design details, and support quality assurance checks.
●Draughtsman role involves preparing architectural drawings for municipal building approval submissions,
including site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and area statements.
○Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to incorporate design changes and technical inputs.
○Prepare drawings and documents for building permissions, commencement certificates, amended approvals, and completion or occupancy-related submissions, as applicable.
○Knowledge of working drawings will be a plus point.
Qualifications
●Architect - B.Arch degree (Minimum 1 year experience)
●Draughtsman - Diploma or Degree Certification for drafting (Minimum 1 year experience)
