We are seeking an AR Caller with excellent English communication skills to join our US Healthcare RCM team. The role involves contacting insurance companies to follow up on unpaid claims, denials, underpayments, and claim status inquiries to ensure timely reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with insurance payers on outstanding claims.
- Resolve claim denials, rejections, and payment discrepancies.
- Document call outcomes accurately and maintain productivity targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in AR Calling/Medical Billing preferred.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
